About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at Pollution Abatement Systems Specialists, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient recruitment and selection strategies that meet the company's staffing needs. This role also involves creating and maintaining employee files, tracking employee data, and assisting in preparing payroll and other HR reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent and meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records, including files and databases.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues from incident reports to notice of decision.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and separation agreements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
