The Job: E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce stores, including order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refund coordination.

In this role, you will oversee inventory accuracy and health, ensuring that stock movements, sellable status, allocation, and replenishment planning are accurate and efficient across marketplaces.

You will liaise with warehouse, finance, and platform teams to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth operations, maintain accurate financial tracking, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in beauty category is a plus
  • Experience working with eCommerce campaign management, platform operations management marketplaces or other eCommerce platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora)
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
