Leadership Role

This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and driving technical delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and grow their team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review code as a leader while ensuring the whole team is focused, productive, and unblocked.
  • Help team members grow as engineers, do meaningful work, and find professional and personal satisfaction.
  • Facilitate technical delivery and regularly reflect with the team on strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with other Engineering Managers, product managers, and architects to produce an engineering roadmap.
Requirements
  • Fluency in programming languages, architecture, and components used by the team.
  • Experience with popular open-source machine learning tools like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Feast.
  • Code reviews and architectural leadership are part of the job.
  • Commitment to healthy engineering practices, documentation, quality, and performance optimisation.
