Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, ensuring timely delivery of studies according to client specifications.

This role involves close collaboration with project managers to guarantee seamless project execution, sampling control, and setup for allocated projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools, managing exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Sampling control from setup for internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of project recruitment methodologies to maximize results.
  • Liaising with other teams to optimize internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities also include tracking, monitoring, and reporting on sampling performance at a project level, utilizing M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability. Additionally, this role demands flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours.
