Job Description

The role of Financial Risk Manager involves identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting financial and market risks for the organization. This includes managing market and credit risk exposures, supporting the development of risk management and business continuity programs, and facilitating the implementation of risk-related initiatives across the organization.

The manager is responsible for providing guidance to subsidiaries, ensuring effective communication of risk issues, and performing other tasks necessary to achieve departmental objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and measure financial and market risks for the organization.
  • Manage market and credit risk exposures, and support the development of risk management programs.
  • Facilitate the implementation of risk-related initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to subsidiaries and communicate risk issues effectively.
  • Perform other tasks necessary to achieve departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial and commercial risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership in managing risk programs and initiatives.
