About Operational Risk Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assist our Real Assets team in developing and executing Operational Control and Legal Entity Oversight management framework. This role requires close collaboration with local business leaders, stakeholders, and risk management professionals to identify, assess, and propose mitigating actions.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders\
  • Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies for Operational and Legal Entity Risks\
  • Successfully implement strategic initiatives across European operations
\
Required Skills & Qualifications:\
  • Advanced degree in Law, Tax, Business Administration or related field\
  • Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in Governance, Risk, and Control within financial services\
  • Demonstrated expertise in first, second, or third-line roles focusing on Operational Risk Management, Control, Governance, and Outsourcing
\
Technical Expertise:\
  • Comprehensive understanding of global operational control standards and best practices\
  • In-depth knowledge of Fund and SPV administration, including global operational processes\
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and governance requirements in financial services
