Senior Governance Specialist

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to the International Governance team, ensuring seamless services delivery and promoting a customer-centric approach across the organization. This includes collaborating closely with First Advantage Operations, Client Management, and local teams to address client and program concerns, improve the client and candidate experience, and enhance key performance indicators such as turnaround time, quality, unable to verify rates, and efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Support team POCs in relation to all aspects of global vendor management.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements and contribute to problem identification.
  • Monitor performance trends against Service Level Agreements and operational goals.
  • Update and maintain Operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
  • Provide insights and monitor process updates in expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent courses.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead.
  • 'Customer First' mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in reporting on key metrics.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
