Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned cybersecurity professional to fill the role of Assistant Information Security Manager and lead initiatives that foster robust governance and risk practices across our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cybersecurity awareness, policy development, and risk mitigation, as well as exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inform senior management, IT teams, and security professionals about emerging cybersecurity threats, incidents, and trends to inform strategic decision-making and ensure seamless integration of security measures into operational processes.
  • Develop or update security policies, procedures, and deliverables in collaboration with technical specialists and business security teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise businesses on global data privacy and security laws, regulations, and best practices, including GDPR, China Cybersecurity Law, and ISO 27001.
  • Drive organizational maturity improvements by incorporating thought leadership and best practices into risk management and governance procedures, promoting education and adoption.
Cybersecurity Awareness and Communication:
  • Design and implement learning programs to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity across our organization, utilizing modern learning tools and practices.
  • Ensure security awareness programs address current threat landscapes and meet applicable industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage training programs; verify effectiveness through testing and evaluation.
