
Hiring Manager

The successful candidate will lead the team in direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency, strategic direction, issue resolution, and implementing the overall account strategy to ensure the team performs at expected levels and complies with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide team metrics to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations, including client-specific SLAs and process compliance.
- Acting as escalation point for issues, identifying optimal solutions for both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, volume forecasting, headcount planning.
- Deliver performance optimization of team members, set KPIs, devise development plans, and provide mentoring as required.
- Recruit and induct new staff as needed, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
- Perform managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
- Help team and individual members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.
- Have thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong client relationships, interpret data from various sources, and predict trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience handling offshore recruitment processes, helping local and US clients.
- Experience interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
