Remote Client Success Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the early stages of client engagement, fostering strong relationships and guiding clients through our hiring process.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in building trust and confidence in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Presentation of our services, asking relevant questions, and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Guiding clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Maintaining communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations
  • Managing client satisfaction and retention as the primary account manager once roles are closed
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Handling administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
  • Building and managing your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
