US Hiring Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced US Hiring Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying top talent in the US job market, and providing exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates across various job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Screening resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conducting initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintaining accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM system.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies.
- Providing timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is essential.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions.
