About This Role

We're expanding our sales team and seeking a driven professional to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads and guiding them to successfully finalize their registration with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads.
  • Engage prospective clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs.
  • Persuade and assist leads to complete their business registration.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve lead conversion strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or service-based sales).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
