Job Description:

The role of a Project Development Manager is to oversee the development of projects from conceptualization to delivery. The primary objective is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial plans and coordinate with technical teams for project implementation;">
  • Participate in project planning and prepare project development timelines;">
  • Ensure accuracy of project plans and prepare requirements for permits and licenses;">
  • Cordinate with sales and marketing departments for project launch requirements;">
  • Monitor project scorecards and ensure budget commitments are met;">
  • Prepare approval to launch memos and develop project pricing strategies;">

Project Operations:

The Project Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring the execution of launch plans and monitoring project progress regularly. This includes tracking construction progress, project financials, and agreed-upon sales and marketing strategies.

Project Delivery:

The manager will ensure timely and smooth turnover of residential units and common areas to buyers and condominium corporations, respectively. They will also spearhead project close-out activities and provide critical assistance to property management, buyer turnover groups, and customer service.
