Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing automation campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation, research industry trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
