Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop intelligent automation workflows that have a global impact.

As an Automation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic. You will work closely with product and operations teams to deliver elegant and efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow design, integrations, and API work. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
