Key Automation Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Automation Professional to spearhead our automation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
  • Design and maintain automated processes using n8n, ensuring reliable execution across multiple systems.
  • Integrate Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Establish API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (essential).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Professional Background
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
