Job Title: AI Automation Professional

This role focuses on internal development and delivery of automated workflows, making it ideal for problem-solvers who excel at building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automated processes across multiple projects using Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Integrate various apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution of workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects.
  • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools.
  • Basic coding skills are a plus, but not required (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines.
