Client Service Team Lead

The Client Service Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service team, ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective actions.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
