Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to create innovative and functional interior designs, develop detailed construction drawings, and utilize 3D modeling software to visualize and present design concepts.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position in which you will work independently and collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • You will be responsible for conducting site visits, staying updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements, and preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
  • Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
