Location: Onsite – Quezon City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (PH Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for a design professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for aesthetics, and the technical skills to bring visions to life. You'll collaborate closely with our international team, contributing to residential and commercial projects, primarily for the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the mission of creating beautiful, functional spaces across a variety of projects—from residential to commercial.
  • Assist clients at any stage of their project—whether from the very beginning or joining partway through—offering expertise in everything from selecting exterior finishes to perfecting interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Design and develop interior concepts and architectural plans that meet project requirements.
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to the team and stakeholders.
  • Use Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape, Photoshop, Canva, and other tools to develop visualizations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to deliver projects on time.
  • Maintain familiarity with trends, materials, and design innovations.
  • Adapt and contribute to evolving workflows, platforms, and systems (e.g., Shopify for display and product integration).
  • Work independently while managing time effectively and taking ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar interior design or architectural role.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Proficient in:

  • Revit (required)

  • Autodesk 3DS Max and Enscape (for rendering)
  • Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Shopify
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a flair for design.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Australian design standards or clients is a strong plus.
