Job Description

The role of Data Insights Specialist will involve managing access to electronic banking services for clients. This position requires a strong understanding of the financial industry and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Process client instructions with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Validate client instructions and manage user access to electronic banking products in a controlled manner.
  • Identify operational risks and propose strategies for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a liaison role within a financial organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven time management and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor.
