Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Officer to join our team. As a Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring strict implementation and consistent compliance with policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage branch operations, focusing on vault/ATM cash levels, vault operations, and tellering functions.
  2. Evaluate and execute service tasks to increase deposits, fees, revenues, and cross-selling referrals.
  3. Analyze and mitigate risk areas to eliminate errors, lapses, irregularities, and potential financial or reputational losses.
  4. Sustain productivity and administrative matters in alignment with guidelines, policies, budgets, and limits.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 4-year degree in business or a service industry-oriented course.
  2. Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
  3. Experience in sales/marketing within a bank is an advantage.
  4. Ability to stay focused and determined during stressful times; organized and tolerant to stress, ensuring timely completion of work.
