Job Title: Account Officer 1

This position is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service.

• The primary goal is to actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of customers.">
• Qualifications are analyzed to determine feasibility of granting loans.">
• Credit and collection activities are initiated to ensure credit quality of accounts.">
• Coordination with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients.">
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.">
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that achieve volume targets.">
• Attend to inquiries and other requirements of clients.">
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.">
• Perform other functions assigned to the role.">

To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree in any field.

• Possess good selling, communication and customer service skills.">
• Basic mathematical knowledge is required.">
• High integrity is necessary.">
• Familiarity with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets is preferred.">
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.">
• Ability to drive a motorcycle is also preferred.">
