Project Manager - Data Collection Specialist

As a Project Manager - Data Collection Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes managing project budgets, communicating with clients on progress in the field, troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure timely completion, and ensuring that Profiles and Health standards are met.

You will review all project documentation provided by client services with managers, identify issues that jeopardize the ability to complete the project on time and within budget, and provide recommendations to client services as needed.

  • Manage internal project kick off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Work directly with clients to review all project materials and schedule, making changes as needed.
  • Provide consistent updates to clients on project status during the fielding process, either via email or phone.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and that all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing project documentation and identifying potential issues that may impact the project's timeline or budget.
  • Providing support to the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities involved in running individual projects and resolving any issues that may arise.
