We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely collection and delivery of data for AI training and research.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.
    • Maintain clear, transparent communication with peers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.

  • Data Expertise:

    • Understand and participate in backend system development and data modeling processes.
    • Provide guidance on database normalization and structuring.
    • Write and review advanced SQL queries and ensure database optimization.

  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:

    • Collaborate with team members across various roles, embodying the flexibility and adaptability typical of startup environments.
    • Engage in community activities and required meetings to enhance processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical or software development context.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for writing queries for larger volumes of data.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling (e.g. normalization)
  • Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel for data cleaning and handling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrate systematic and analytical problem-solving skills, capable of overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
