Administrative Talent Acquisition Professional

This role involves providing crucial support to our executive search professionals, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
In addition, you will conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs, and support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Effective communication with clients and candidates is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
