This dynamic position involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing applicant tracking systems, partnering with hiring managers, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
    • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
    • Coordinate offer processes with our internal teams.
  • People Operations:
    • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
    • Manage and update employee records using HR tools.
    • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
    • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or other.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in creative or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
  • Previous work experience in remote-first or globally distributed team environments.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.
  • Interest or experience in supporting office setup and development.
