Job Summary

As a dedicated People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences and providing high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employees with questions and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

On a daily basis, you will assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

HR Administration
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

This role will require you to develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks. You will also be responsible for owning the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

Employee Relations
  • Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24-hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.

We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

This role will be working remotely and on a fixed-term contract.
