To support our expanding team, we need a detail-driven Recruitment Expert who can identify top candidates and streamline recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via a professional platform.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence efficiently.
  • Keep recruitment records up-to-date in relevant software and tools.
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs.
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
  • 1-2 years of BPO customer service experience are preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability are essential for success.
