About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Marketing Operations Team at RingCentral. As an ROE Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer data management and auditing processes based on the company's Rules of Engagement (ROE).

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with the company's policies. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers to achieve this goal.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills in English.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. If you have experience in the UCaaS industry and knowledge of data architecture and management, that would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer data and ensuring its accuracy
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions
  • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
