Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of CRM systems, and experience in customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly interact with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Process orders, manage customer records, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Promote products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in CRM systems.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
