At Isentia, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our National Capital Region team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and a tertiary qualification.

About the Role

This is an entry-level full-time position that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in English language. The selected candidate will work closely with the UK-based Customer Success team to provide admin support, investigate issues, and resolve client queries in a timely and accurate manner.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer service support to client-facing teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client success tickets
  • Prioritize tickets according to designated SLAs
  • Investigate service issues, including processing of irrelevant and missed content
  • Log content delivery issues with 3rd party providers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English language
