Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing product expertise and support to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers and distributors on our products and their applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, sales, business).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
