Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on launching new products and ensuring they meet profit targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the head of product management to manage the product portfolio, conduct strategic reviews of product lines, and implement product-related campaigns. They will also be responsible for crafting marketing materials, training agents, and conducting user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the product portfolio to ensure timely launches and meet profit targets.
  • Conduct strategic reviews of product lines to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement product-related campaigns to promote new products.
  • Craft marketing materials to support product launches.
  • Train agents on new products and processes.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure front- and back-end systems meet requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Product management experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong project management and product development skills.
  • At least four years of work experience in the financial industry.
