Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis, investigation, and research supporting the needs of the organization's financial planning and performance.
  • Analyze financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues to prepare forecasts and analyses.
  • Develop simple economic indicators to prepare short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Work with operations to analyze key performance indicators and tie them to financial performance.
  • Provide accurate, concise, and timely reporting to drive real-time business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude to identify opportunities for change and improvement.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and apply assessment measurement and evaluation techniques.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
