Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

This position is an integral part of our client's accounting operations, requiring a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the monthly close, financial reporting, and technical accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US GAAP and company policies, with experience in preparing month-end journal entries and reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
  • Performing trend analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
  • Supporting annual financial statement and statutory audits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including FP&A, FinOps, Tax, Legal, IT, HR, Payments, and Facilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting and/or industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, equity, and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
