**Job Overview**

The Engineering Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects. They are responsible for leading teams to bring units to full acceptance status, assisting in documentary close-out, and coordinating with external contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Turn over residential units to BTG within a target average of four per work day.
  • Assist in review and submission of close-out documents.
  • Conduct site inspections and promote a safe working environment.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety objectives, targets, and programs.
  • Implement and monitor environmental protection objectives, targets, and programs.
  • Address turn-over and CRM issues raised by SAP coordinators.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field and valid PRC license.
  • At least 3 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
  • Able to learn and apply new technologies.

**Location**

Must be willing to work in Iloilo City.
