Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Job Quality Checks: Schedule and conduct thorough quality checks after each project to identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize CRM and project management tools to track materials, delivery schedules, and job progress in real-time.
  • Homeowner Communication: Maintain open communication channels with homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including job reports and audit trails.
Requirements
