Community Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to build and grow an active online community of digital marketers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading community efforts across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions among members.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing online communities from scratch, with experience in managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They will also possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and challenges, as well as strong communication and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale a thriving digital marketing community from scratch.
  • Create and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers.
  • Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
  • Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
