Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our virtual assistants.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong analytical skills, and is proficient in digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely assistance to virtual assistants via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in various digital marketing tools
  • Assist in founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Create how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations

This is a flexible role that requires availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business. We operate 24/7, and your ability to jump in when needed makes all the difference.
