Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with major social platforms, excellent communication skills in English, and an eye for detail and tone of voice. You will also be enthusiastic about fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
  • Create eye-catching visuals, short-form posts and simple video content to promote xPay's services.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and engage with followers to grow an active community.
  • Support community-building initiatives in niche industry spaces (iGaming, crypto, fintech businesses).
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Partnerships team to align messaging with business goals.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok).
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for creating social content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and tone of voice.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote environment.
