Job Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support and assistance to clients remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Support Services

Solve IT issues by identifying root causes, escalating problems as necessary, and minimizing downtime and disruptions effectively.

Configure, install, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, software, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security.

Access Control and Security Protocols

Manage system user accounts and access permissions to safeguard data and ensure compliance with established company policies.

Process and respond to IT support tickets and inquiries through various channels efficiently.

Document solutions and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Training and Capacity Building

Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, applications, and best practices.

Enhance the technical proficiency and productivity of end-users through effective training sessions.

Inventory Management and Project Coordination

Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.

Assist with procurement processes as needed and collaborate with the IT team to implement IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
