This is a part-time position as an IT Support Specialist where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Admin Portals, configuring VOIP phone systems, and supporting Windows-based environments.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support.
