Project Manager Insurance Lead


Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the implementation of new and existing projects within our operations. As a project lead, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading project planning sessions, supporting solution proposals, and participating in proposal and proof-of-concept processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Host regular/weekly project review meetings and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using standard metrics.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Insurance domain knowledge is essential.
  • Strong client-facing experience is necessary.
  • Technical skills are beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and being highly resourceful.
