Job Summary: Insurance Operations Associate

This role is for a meticulous and organized professional to support the growth of our insurance operations without compromising quality, care, or client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They should also be familiar with the life insurance process and able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Client Workflow & Application Tracking: Guide each client through the insurance process from submission to approval, monitor the full lifecycle of client applications, and send timely reminders to clients for required steps.
  • Lead Intake & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM, accurately input and update all relevant client data, and ensure all interactions, updates, and milestones are properly logged.
  • Relationship & Communication Management: Foster strong client relationships through empathetic, timely, and professional communication, handle all follow-ups with warmth and consistency, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support: Provide proactive support, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance team performance.
