Job Opportunity

This position involves creating clear, accurate, and insightful reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing data reporting or a similar field.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Gather and consolidate campaign data from various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance
  • Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
  • Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar role
  • Proficient in pulling performance data from various platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports
  • Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines
  • Interested in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms
