Reporting and Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems to create timely and accurate reports.
Your primary goal is to drive business decisions by providing actionable insights derived from complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design impactful data visualizations, identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with raw, unstructured datasets and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is essential.
This role requires a strong passion for data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and visualize large data sets to inform business decisions
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, preferably in a healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
