Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Support Services Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic leadership and hands-on management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escalation Management: Manage and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Customer Support: Oversee the efficient handling of customer support tickets, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Salesforce Administration: Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation, to drive business efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate across departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our processes and services.
Requirements
  • Production Environment Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience working in production environments.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SQL and team leadership roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Cloud Systems: Experience with cloud systems, including networking and storage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Salesforce Administration: Experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the utility industry or Smart Grid sector.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices.
