Product Strategist

As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will also be proficient in copywriting, clear articulation of products/campaigns, and experience in account and product management.

You will champion product offerings' enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product development roadmap. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help customer-facing units understand new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and offline payment initiatives.

Key responsibilities include effectively managing the product backlog, translating business strategy into actionable tasks for development, breaking down epics into user stories, arranging and prioritizing sprints, and evaluating progress at each development stage.

Minimum requirements include a strong background in product or marketing management, preferably with experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or IT industries. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, be driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently. They should also be proficient in data analysis, comfortable handling large data sets, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
