Job Overview

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the processing and manufacturing of semiconductor devices.

Your primary responsibility will be to operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etch, and diffusion at our wafer fab or assembly test site.

Responsibilities
Wafer Fabs

You will be responsible for setting up and operating manual, automatic, or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products.

Assembly Test Sites

At our assembly test sites, you will perform specific AT semiconductor manufacturing functions including test, tap, and reel, or mark and pack.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a 2-year undergraduate degree in any technical field.
  • Fulfill one of the following criteria
    • Completed secondary education under the new curriculum with a focus on STEM or ICT.
    • Completed secondary education under the old curriculum with at least 1 year of experience in a semiconductor or automated manufacturing industry.
  • Be a college graduate/undergraduate with a non-technical/business course and have not been employed in a related field for the last 2 years.
  • Be willing to work on flexible schedules including graveyard shifts.
